Raj and the team at Green Society Adventures were incredible! From the moment I booked online Raj was so attentive to detail and responsive. Raj speaks excellent English and organized my whole trip to Annapurna Base Camp. This was the trip of a lifetime, and I cannot recommend Raj and his team enough. He knows so much about the mountains and all of Nepal’s trekking routes! Thank you!! I can’t wait to come back! Finally, In terms of safety, Raj left no stone unturned and ensured a systematic acclimatization period to base camp! Nothing was too much trouble for Raj and his team!

Everest Trek - Lifetime Experience!!
Raj's leadership was outstanding. He was not only knowledgeable about the trek and the region but also incredibly patient and supportive throughout the journey. His guidance and expertise made us feel safe and confident, even in the challenging terrain and high altitudes.
The organization by Green Society was top-notch. From the moment we signed up for the trip to the final descent, everything ran smoothly. The accommodations, food, and transportation were all well taken care of, allowing us to focus on the breathtaking scenery and the trek itself.
The trek to Everest Base Camp was a life-changing adventure. The stunning landscapes, the vibrant culture of the local communities, and the sense of accomplishment upon reaching the base camp are memories that will last a lifetime. Absolutely Incredible Experience
This trek was absolutely incredible and I highly recommend it! Raj is an incredible guide and human in general, and it was a pleasure to work with him. He is very knowledgeable about the names of mountains, history of them, and plants and wildlife, so learning along the way was a bonus. If you’re thinking about doing this trek just do it, you won’t be disappointed. Highly recommend booking directly with a Nepalese company (preferably with Raj and Green Society Adventures!)

A worthwhile & awe inspiring adventure
I had the opportunity to do the EBC this past April with Raj & Green Society Adventure. He, the porters (who hauled our packs from teahouse to teahouse and back - so thankful for them!), and his assistant guide Sange made our experience a memorable one. Everything was planned out and organized prior and during the trip. The itinerary and hike times sent out were accurate! Raj took care of the teahouse and trail meals for us on the trip which was a nice plus. Amongst 4 trekkers, it was a nice convenience to have the check dealt and managed for us so that all we had to worry about was the hiking, eating & hydrating!
In regards to logistics: For 4 hikers, there was Raj (our main guide) and an assistant guide. 1 guide per 2 hikers. This is nice in case any hiccups on the trail/trip occur, some hikers may be faster or slower than others etc. There were 2 porters. Two packs at max 12kg per hiker, which to them is not heavy at all! I saw multiple heavy packs on porters throughout the trail and I am happy to say that Raj and his company are mindful of the weight the porters are carrying making sure to not overload them. :)
My friend who I did EBC with has hiked with Raj in the past. As a past reviewer mentioned, it is nice to cut out the 3rd party and directly work with a Nepalese company. I am happy to support and would highly recommend Raj & Green Society Adventure in the future!

An Incredible Experience with a Wonderful Company!
This was such a wonderful experience!! I have traveled with Raj in the past, and he is an excellent tour guide! He is knowledgeable, prepared, organized, kind, caring, and most of all - so passionate about the mountains! It really makes for an amazing trip together.
We got the chance to do this trek, finally, after 4 years and COVID! Needless to say, we all needed it and had a great time :)
I did the Poonhill Trek with Mr.Rajkumar, the owner, of Green Society Adventure in April 2019 and I can guarantee that he is the most trustworthy and honest person I had experience dealing with. He knows the routes very well, so he can provide you with good recommendations as a local. He is specialized in Everest trekking, Annapurna trekking, and Dolpo trekking.

Epic and Beautiful Adventure
We brought a group of adventure seekers to Nepal and booked everything with Green Society Adventure (Raj) in advance. He planned everything a T. Airport pickup, transfers, beautiful arrival hotel, welcome dinner, Kathmandu tour, travel to and from the mountain trekking area, amazing accommodations during mountain trek, the incredible route with breathtaking views every moment, and all the best food! We met amazing hosts on the way and Raj was so knowledgeable of the details, landscape, wildlife, and Mountain facts. He took care of all the ins and outs so that our group could simply enjoy the epic beauty of nature. Thank you, Raj!
