Incredible Trek, Incredible Team - Mardi Himal trek with Green Society Adventure

We had an incredible experience with Green Society Adventures on our trip to Nepal. From the very beginning, Raj was extremely communicative throughout the planning process, usually responding within a day, was incredibly helpful in walking us through what to pack, how many days to trek, and what else to do while in Nepal.

Once we arrived in-country, everything ran seamlessly. Raj personally greeted us at the airport, and from that point on, the entire experience felt smooth and well-organized. We made a few changes to the original package—opting to fly instead of drive and choosing different accommodations than those included in the base itinerary—and Raj was incredibly accommodating, handling everything effortlessly.

For the trek itself (we did mardi himal), Nabin was our guide, and we truly couldn’t have asked for better. He was attentive and thoughtful without ever being overbearing, set a great pace throughout the trek, and always made sure we were comfortable and knew what to expect each day. He has a wealth of knowledge he shared with us, too - about nature, politics, culture, photography... his support and insight really made the trip.

The trek itself was absolutely incredible. Staying in teahouses was a really fun and memorable experience. It was definitely cold during the time of year we went, but we were fully prepared for that—both in terms of gear and expectations—thanks to Raj and Nabin.

Overall, I would highly recommend anyone considering a trek in Nepal to work with Green Society Adventures. It was a true highlight of our trip and an experience I’m incredibly grateful for.

Breathtaking Everest High Pass Trek

I completed the Everest Three Passes Trek on December 8, 2025 with Green Society Adventure. The owner Raj Kumar was very professional and helpful before and after my trek. Everything was well organized from airport pickup, accommodations and domestic flights.

My guide Manoj was very experienced and knowledgeable about the trails for the Three Passes. He always make sure that I am okay when things were physically challenging. To my porter Minas, he is a very reliable and strong man. He always fix my crampons if there was any problems. I honestly could not finished this trip without these guys.

If your planning to Trek the Three Passes in Nepal, I highly recommend Green Society Adventure, with Manoj as guide and Minas as porter.

Amazing Mardi Trek with Incredible People

If I could give 10 stars I would! To start, Raj was a great communicator and helped us pick out the perfect trek for our stay in Nepal. We always heard back from him in less than 24 hours answering all of our many questions. He picked us up at the airport and organized all of our hotels, making our arrival stress-free. 

Next, we were introduced to our wonderful guide, Nabin. My favorite thing about Nabin is the incredible pride he takes in his work and how genuinely he cared about us. He went above and beyond throughout our trek, providing snacks, tea and getting us the best rooms in the tea houses. We looked around at some of the other groups that had guides and they were nowhere near as taken care of as we were. Hike-wise, Nabin set the perfect pace for us and was always paying attention to our exhaustion and hydration levels. Even once we finished the trek, he continued to take care of us and made sure we made the most of our time in Nepal. I could go on, but all I can say is use this place if you are looking for a perfectly planned trek! Thank you, Raj & Nabin!

Amazing Experience

Highly recommend!! I recently went on the Everest Basecamp trek with Green Society Adventure and it was an amazing experience. The guides were incredible, knowledgeable, prepared, helpful when things arise, and fun!! We were so well cared for the entire trip and in so many ways. The guides truly work nonstop and go above and beyond. I highly recommend this company and will only travel with them when exploring in the Himalayas ☺️

My Everest Base Camp trek with Green Society Adventures was truly a life-changing experience. From the moment I landed in Kathmandu, the team handled every detail with genuine care, professionalism, and warmth.

Our guide, Raj, was nothing short of exceptional — knowledgeable, patient, and deeply connected to the culture and spirit of the Himalayas. He balanced humor and wisdom perfectly, always making sure our group felt safe, inspired, and in awe of the journey. His insight into local traditions, mountain lore, and the Sherpa way of life transformed what could have been just a hike into a spiritual adventure.

Every lodge, meal, and route was thoughtfully arranged. The Green Society Adventures team checked in constantly, ensuring comfort, safety, and a sustainable approach to travel. Their respect for the mountain communities and environment was inspiring — it felt like we were not just trekking through Nepal, but with it.

Standing at Base Camp, surrounded by prayer flags and glaciers, I felt an overwhelming gratitude — not just for the view, but for the journey that got me there. Raj and Green Society Adventures made it more than a trip; they made it a soul-binding memory that will stay with me forever.

Fabulous Gokyo trek (10 days)

We booked our trip (Gokyo Trek, 10 days) with the Green Society Adventures after reading about them in a few travel blogs about Nepal, and we couldn’t be happier of how things went. Impeccable organisation, fair prices, no hidden costs, flexibility in the planning and truly passionate people.
Everything was organised perfectly and Raj (our guide and the founder of the company) always has a plan B (probably C and D as well) to adapt the trek to your needs and desires. Raj was very caring at all times, from telling us on which side of the plane we should sit to see the mountains, to making sure we always had food and drinks which were safe for our European weak stomachs, to taking care of answering our million questions about Nepal traditions, altitude sickness, and the names of the peaks (which we kept forgetting), villages, trekking routes, dishes, etc.
In simple words, we strongly recommend you to let the green society adventures take care of your next visit to Nepal. Surely you won’t regret it.

The Best Of The Best

Family Tour 
I definitely chose the right company (Green Society Adventure) to help me with my Kathmandu, Mt Everest adventure. You will not find anyone like Raj. We worked together on what I wanted/should experience. Our last night we messed up what day we were flying out! 9 at night we called Raj and he was at the hotel in less than 30 minutes to rush us to the airport. No matter what time of day, he was available to see to it that we had the best adventure possible. Not his fault but, just before we got there, the Nepal government quit allowing landings at Base Camp. Raj arranged for us to still have a flight to see from the air and land at a nearby hotel.
I just cannot say enough great about GSA Team and Raj.

Great Experience of Himalayan Adventure in Annapurna

Raj was so lovely to work with! He is super responsive and thorough with everything before, during and even after the trek. He went above and beyond what I expected, airport pickup and drop off was included which was so helpful. I always felt like I was in good hands and never had to worry about anything. He was very accommodating and even let me reschedule when I unexpectedly fell ill when I first arrived in Nepal.
