Prakash of Green Society Adventure was absolutely brilliant during our 12-day trek of Everest Base Camp and Kala Patthar. He was available to assist at all times prior to departure from Australia all the way through our departure from Kathmandu. He was so professional in his work on the hike and had the answer to every question! The trip was amazing itself, but Prakash’s assistance made it so smooth and hassle-free, and we were so lucky to have him accompany us!

An Amazing Experience!
I’ve just got back from an amazing trek led by Raj of Green Society Adventure. Raj has been amazing throughout my whole adventure. From the point of deciding which trek and when to do it, Raj has helped and guided me through my decision process. Every question I asked was answered in a timely manner. We even had a FaceTime call before I arrived. I traveled late in the trekking season, so I had a lot of questions. This was also my first solo trek, so I wanted to be sure I was in safe hands. Raj takes the safety aspect of all his treks very seriously and I felt extremely looked after from the moment I arrived in Nepal until the time I left. Raj went above and beyond my expectations and he helped to make my stay in Nepal an amazing experience. I’m already planning my next visit to Nepal and without a doubt, I will be booking my trek with Green Society Adventure.

Amazing Time Trekking in Nepal!!
Raj and my guide Shishir were amazing! I did the Annapurna Circuit, with hikes to Tilicho Lake and Poon Hill added on. The accommodations were great and the food was delicious. This was my first time in the Himalayas and I can’t wait to go back! Highly recommend this trip, and booking with Green Society Adventure!!

Breathtaking Everest Base Camp Trek!
I'm happy to have done the trek to Everest Base Camp with Green Society Adventure, accompanied by Raj Kumar as our guide. Everything that was promised was fulfilled – from accommodations, food, and transportation to safety and the delightful company of fellow trekkers. Our guide demonstrated a commendable knowledge of the trek and the amenities available along the route. We felt thoroughly looked after and were expertly guided to successfully reach Everest Base Camp in seven days, followed by a two-day return journey to Lukla. If you're a physically fit group, Raj will effortlessly keep pace with you. Highly recommended for those seeking a rewarding and hassle-free Everest Base Camp trekking experience.

5 Star Annapurna Base Camp Trek
Raj and the team at Green Society Adventures were incredible! From the moment I booked online Raj was so attentive to detail and responsive. Raj speaks excellent English and organized my whole trip to Annapurna Base Camp. This was the trip of a lifetime, and I cannot recommend Raj and his team enough. He knows so much about the mountains and all of Nepal’s trekking routes! Thank you!! I can’t wait to come back! Everest Trek - Lifetime Experience!!
Raj's leadership was outstanding. He was not only knowledgeable about the trek and the region but also incredibly patient and supportive throughout the journey. His guidance and expertise made us feel safe and confident, even in the challenging terrain and high altitudes.
The organization by Green Society was top-notch. From the moment we signed up for the trip to the final descent, everything ran smoothly. The accommodations, food, and transportation were all well taken care of, allowing us to focus on the breathtaking scenery and the trek itself.
The trek to Everest Base Camp was a life-changing adventure. Absolutely Incredible Experience
This trek was absolutely incredible and I highly recommend it! Raj is an incredible guide and human in general, and it was a pleasure to work with him. He is very knowledgeable about the names of mountains, history of them, and plants and wildlife, so learning along the way was a bonus. If you’re thinking about doing this trek just do it, you won’t be disappointed. Highly recommend booking directly with a Nepalese company (preferably with Raj and Green Society Adventures!)

A worthwhile & awe inspiring adventure
I had the opportunity to do the EBC this past April with Raj & Green Society Adventure. He, the porters (who hauled our packs from teahouse to teahouse and back - so thankful for them!), and his assistant guide Sange made our experience a memorable one. Everything was planned out and organized prior and during the trip. The itinerary and hike times sent out were accurate! Raj took care of the teahouse and trail meals for us on the trip which was a nice plus. Amongst 4 trekkers, it was a nice convenience to have the check dealt and managed for us so that all we had to worry about was the hiking, eating & hydrating!
In regards to logistics: For 4 hikers, there was Raj (our main guide) and an assistant guide. 1 guide per 2 hikers. This is nice in case any hiccups on the trail/trip occur, some hikers may be faster or slower than others etc. There were 2 porters. Two packs at max 12kg per hiker, which to them is not heavy at all! I saw multiple heavy packs on porters throughout the trail and I am happy to say that Raj and his company are mindful of the weight the porters are carrying making sure to not overload them. :)
My friend who I did EBC with has hiked with Raj in the past. As a past reviewer mentioned, it is nice to cut out the 3rd party and directly work with a Nepalese company. I am happy to support and would highly recommend Raj & Green Society Adventure in the future!
