The best steps of yoga every morning ensures you have transformed yourself from getting distracted by tragedy going on and help enjoy the trip despite sickness even if you are not used to-to those altitudes.

Joining Spiritual Ceremonies at Thyangboche Monastery

the Tengboche monastery is the best part you will discover in the entire Everest view trek with a yoga retreat. We LOVE Raj! We organized an Everest View Yoga Trek with Green Society Adventure and had a great experience for our first time in the mountains. Our Guide Raj took care of EVERYTHING, and was so patient, kind, and encouraging to us! We couldn't have found a better guide and friend. We can't wait to visit him again soon!
