Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu (1320m/ 4329ft).
Day 2: Flight to Lukla (2800m/9184ft) and hike to Phakding 2-3 hours walk (2655m/ 8708ft).
Day 3: Trek to Namche bazar 5-6 hours (3440m/11284ft).
Day 4: Acclimatization day in Namche (3440m/11284ft).
Day 5: Trek to Thyangboche 4 -5 hours. (3790m12694ft).
Day 6: Trek to Dingboche 5 – 6 hours, (4410m/14464ft).
Day 7: Trek to Thukla ( Dhukla) 2 – 3 hours, (4620m/15154ft

Day 13: Early Morning Hike to Gokyo RI (5360m/17580ft) for an excellent view of MT. Everest and Makalu. And back to Gokyo 2:30 hrs.
Day 14: Trek to Renjo Pass (5350m/17548ft) and hike down to Lumde (4380m/14266ft)
Day 15: Trek to Thame 3-4 hrs. (3800m/12464ft)
Day 16: Trek to Monjo 5 hours.
Day 17: Trek to Lukla 4-5 hrs. (2800m/9184ft)
Day 18: Flight back to Kathmandu, free day, Trip End with Farewell Dinner. 



Arrival in Kathmandu (1320m/ 4329ft).

Soon after your flight landed at Tribhuvan International airport (Kathmandu), you will be greeted with warm welcome by GSA representative after you being encountered with Display card s/he will be displaying on your arrival. You will be then transferred to the hotel in our private tourist vehicle.



Fly to Lukla (2800m/9184ft) and hike to Phakding 2-3 hours walk (2655m/ 8708ft).

Wake up early in the morning and be ready for the exciting adventure. Today our journey begins for adventurous flight above the range of beautiful green and the White Mountains; we will reach Tenzing-Hillary Airport at Lukla (2,800m/9,184ft) in 35 minutes, where we can meet ours additional crew members. We will have a three hours trek to Phakding. In route, we can see Rhododendron, Magnolia trees and pine forest. Passing through several small settlements with prayer wheels, flags Mani stones, tea houses, and shop we will in Phakding. As per your interest, you can take a side trip to a nearby monastery in additional activities. Overnight in teahouse


Trek to Namche Bazaar 5-6 hours (3440m/11284ft).

Soon after our breakfast, we start our trek to Namche Bazaar. We go cross to the Dudh Koshi River several places with a scenic view of snow-capped Mountains Kushum kangaroo (6369m), Thamserku (6623m). The way then become fairly difficult & includes a perpendicular climb to Namche. Rest after Chautara to admire the beautiful view of Mt. Everest we again ascend to Namche Bazaar, the main trading center of Khumbu. Overnight in lodge.


Acclimatization day in Namche (3440m/11284ft).

Namche Bazaar is the trading hub of Khumbu region, today we hike higher to proper adaption with the high and new altitude and explore Namche. Namche is a prosperous village situated in a large protected hollow and the amazing scenic view of Khumbu Himalayans. After having our breakfast we can hike to Everest view pint and beautiful village Khumjung or visit Sagarmatha national park headquarter visitor center, where you can get more information about Khumbu region and Sherpa people. It’s also the perfect place for the panoramic view of Mt Everest, Lhotse, Nuptse, one of the beautiful mountain Amadablam and so on. There is plenty of place such as internet café, shopping center, bakeries, restaurant to spend your time. You can also even enjoy colorful market each Friday evening and Saturday. Trek to Thyangboche 4 -5 hours. (3790m12694ft).

Today we start our journey from Namche Bazaar to Phorthe, enjoying an aesthetic view of Mt. Everest, Lhotse, Ama Dablam, Thamserku as well some others beautiful Mountain. Our trek follows more or less smooth wide trail with few ups and downs. Along the way, we can see wildlife Musk deer, a herd of Himalayan Thar and multicolored pheasants. The trail goes gradually down up to Kayangjuma, when we reach Sanasa we take the Lower one trail which leads all the way to Everest base camp The track then follows through the pine forests and after we cross the prayer flags festooned bridge over the Dudh Koshi River, we reach Phunki Thenga, a small settlement with a couple of teahouses and a small army post amidst the alpine woods. After having a relaxed lunch at Phunki Thenga, we gear up for a slightly tougher climb through the pine forests before we reach Tengboche. Tengboche is a great place for close up views of Mt Ama Dablam, Mt Nuptse, and Mt Everest, and it has the biggest Buddhist Monastery of the Khumbu region. We pay our visit to the monastery the same day at 3 pm to witness the ceremony in the principal and popular monastery of Everest region. Overnight in a teahouse.


Trek to Dingboche 5 – 6 hours, (4410m/14464ft).

Today the five hundred meters gradual climb will bring you to the small Sherpa town Dingboche. Hike in the beginning down and flat inside a shadow of pine forest, where you can get a chance to see wildlife like Musk deer, Himalayan Thar, and multicolored pheasants as well green valley and white caped Mountain View from along the way is more pleasurable. We pass through several Chortens and Mani walls before arrive at beautiful town Pangboche. After a gradual climb, we would better have a lunch break at Somera, enjoying the view of the most beautiful mountain on earth, Ama Dablam. After Lunch, we spent most of the day walking close to the river with a reasonable ascent towards the end of the walk before arriving Dingboche. At this altitude 4410m the lack of oxygen in your breath is normality. On arrival at Dingboche, we will see a beautiful arrangement of fields enclosed by stone walls to protect barley, buckwheat, and potatoes from the cold winds and grazing animals. Overnight in a guest house.


Trek to Thukla (Dhukla) 2 – 3 hours, (4620m/15154ft)

Today we will start our trek to Thukla with spectacular Mountain view. The pathway ascends steeply out of Dingboche past a chorten and climbs the valley gradually to Dugla. We’ll take a glance of beautiful tiny flower carpeting the land. The path follows the end of the terminal moraine of the Khumbu Glacier, Soon after crossing the Khumbu Khola bridge, we will reach today destination Thukla. After short rest, we will have a lunch and hike higher to acclimatize our body. Overnight in Thukla yak lodge.



Trek to Lobuche 3 -4 hours, (4930m/16172ft).

Soon after our breakfast, we start our hike to the next destination Lobuche. The first part of our trek steep climb up to Chukpo Lari (Memorial wall), a beautiful, yet heart touching the place where there is a memorial in honor to the climbers who died during Everest and some other Mountain expedition. We will continue our trek through the more gradual and smooth trail all the way to Lobuche, a small place with few teahouses. This afternoon we will hike around to Khumbu Glacier, stay active with a great view of Nuptse and Pumori. Overnight in Lobuche. 


Trek to Gorekshep 2-3 hours, (5160m/16929ft) and hike to Everest base camp 4-5 hrs. (5364m/17593ft)

Today is the tough and important day of our adventure! Every trekker dream destination Everest base camp is going to be filled today. Actively we are weak up early in the morning and start hike for the long glorious day. About 3 hours slow and steady walk over the dry and rocky path we will be in Gorekshep, the last settlement of teahouse. After a lunch, we continue our hike to Everest base camp which is an exhausting climb over rocky moraine of the Khumbu Glacier. Along the way to EBC, we can see the aesthetic view of Mt. Everest, Mt. Pumori, Mt. Mahalangur, Mt. Lingtern, Mt. Khumbutse, Mt. Nuptse etc. Take some photos of memorial days with the background of great Khumbe ice fall and trek back to Gorekshey. Overnight in a teahouse. 


Early hive to Kala Patthar (viewpoint 2 hours, (5560m/18236ft) and trek to Dzonglha (4830m/15442ft), 5 hours.

Wake up early in the morning and hike to one of the most fabulous viewpoint Kala Pather which is another important day for the trekkers. A couple of hours breath taking ascends to kalapather give you an opportunity to see the perfect view of Mt. Everest, Nuptse, Pumori, Amadablam as well many other Mountains along the Khumbu valley. Catching the panoramic view in our Camera with and unforgettable memories in heart, we walk down to Gorekshep. After having a breakfast at Gorekshep we trek to Dzonghla. Overnight in tea house. 


Hike up to Cho-la pass (5365m/ 17598ft) and trek down to Thangna (4700m/15416ft) 6-7 hours.

After an early morning breakfast, we start our trek to Cho- la pass, which is one of the tough days of our trek. After a 4 hour slow and steady hike we will reach the top of Cho-la pass, from where we can see the scenic view of Himalayas.   after catching a breath and take some photo on top,  we start our hike down to Dzonglha before starting heavy winds. Overnight in tea house. 


Trek to Gokyo (4790m/15711ft), 4 hours.

Today we hike to the Gokyo through the long Glacier.  On the way to our destination, we can enjoy the scenic mountains view include Cho-Oyu. After a four hours walk, we will be in Gkyo where big beautiful lake welcome us. Overnight in a teahouse. 



Early Morning Hike to Gokyo-RI (5360m/17580ft) for excellent view of MT. Everest and Makalu. And back to gokyo 2:30 hrs.

An hour before to sunrise, we start our hike to Gokyo RI, from where we can see the panoramic view of Mountains including Mt. Everest, Makalu, Choyu and beautiful Gokyo valley and Lake. Today is an easy day, after this hike we back to the tea house. after a breakfast, we take a rest, wander around Gokyo Lake and prepare for next day trek.



Trek to Renjo pass (5350m/17548ft) and hike down to Lumde (4380m/14266ft).

Today we start our trek earlier, after a breakfast we are heading to Renjo pass. This is the second challenging day of our adventure.  About a three hours continue hike will take us to the top of the Renjo pass. From the top of the Renoj, we can see the mesmerizing view of mountains and beautiful Gokyo lake. We can take a short rest and enjoy the beauty of Himalayas and trek down to Lumde. Overnight in Lumde. 


Trek to Thame 3-4 hrs. (3800m/12464ft).


Trek Back To Manjo. 5hours.

Today we hike back to Manjo via Namche Bazaar. After a three hours walk, we reach to the beautiful town Namche, where we can make a lunch break and continue our trek to Monjo. Overnight in a guest house. 


Trek to Lukla 4-5 hrs. (2800 m / 9184 ft).

Today is our last day of the trek at a lower altitude is more easy and enjoyable. Most of the track today is flat although we will have some descend and brief ascents too. Today, we enjoy the lush green scenery of rhododendron and pine forests, and in the distant background Kwangde peak. As we walk through the Sherpa villages, we notice an impressive display of faith in Buddhism and cultural practices associated with it as prayer stones dot the landscape and prayer flags flap in the wind. We have to cross the 3 suspension bridge over Dhud Koshi River through the prayer flags were strewn suspension bridges and also cross one of its tributaries, Thado Koshi once. The final ascent of about 45 minutes from Chheplung takes us to Lukla, where we stretch our fatigued legs and recall the experiences of the last couple of weeks.This last evening in the mountains is the ideal opportunity to spend some relaxing moments with whole crew as the porters will not accompany us to Kathmandu. Overnight at Lukla. 


Fly back to Kathmandu, free day.

After a long memorial journey in Mountain, today we fly back to Kathmandu. We can rest and relax at the hotel. In the afternoon you can spend your time for last minute shopping or explore sights you’ve missed. We end our Adventure with a farewell dinner in the evening. Overnight in Kathmandu. Next day you will drop you at Airport or help to plan your next trip.

What is Trekking?

Trekking is a thrilling adventure! And this activity requires a multi-day hike and climbs on mountain villages and park trails. The mountain trail usually steep, gradual and likely to encounter with snow at high elevation (that above 3000m/9840ft in winter and 5500m/18040ft in summer).

How hard is this Trek?

Trekking to Everest High Pass is difficult but we recommend this trek is for everyone who loves outdoors, physically fit, have a good health condition and patient. As we are hiking at a higher altitude, you better to have some physical training before you are going for this trek.

Does This Trek Require Previous Experience?

Well, as we have to cross the few high pass (over 5000m) you should have early experience on trekking. Trekkers need a healthy circulatory ability and good strength to cope with high altitude and lower oxygen density.  Also if you have early experience on trekking/Mountenireeing then you can enjoy your Himalayan adventure maximum!

What is Altitude Sickness? How to Deal with?

Altitude sickness, also known as “mountain sickness” is a symptom that can attack while you hike or climb to the higher elevation. Especially this can be happening after 3000m/9840ft. if you walk too quickly.

There are three types of Altitude sickness

AMS (Acute Mountain Sickness: Very common one. Symptoms: dizziness, headache, muscle aches, nausea, vomiting.
HAPE (High Altitude Pulmonary Edema: Can happen when it build up fluid in lungs. This is very dangerous and even life threating.
HACE (High Altitude Cerebral Edema: this is the most severe form of altitude sickness and it can happen when fluids take a place in the brain. This is life threating, as soon need to seek medical attention.

What should you do

  • Hike (Ascend) slowly.
  • Take a rest and take a deep breath.
  • Drink plenty of water and fluids, stay hydrated.  
  • Walk on high and sleep at a low altitude.
  • Descend (at low elevation).
  • Take a Diamox or Tylenol.

Trek to Everest High Pass, you need to get Sagarmatha (Everest) National park entry fee $30 and Local Government rural municipality fee $20.

How long must walk every day?

In average, we walk Six hours a day. But in higher elevation (over 4400m/14430ft) normally we hike 3 hours a day.

Continentals menus are generally available in this trek. As well you can get traditional Nepali Dal-Bhat and some Sherpa dishes (Sherpa Stew, Tsampa porridge).
