Bus drive to Pokhara on first day and further 2 hours of drive in next day take trekkers to walk embarking point at Nayapool. The first day’s camp will be at Tikhedhunga after gentle walk in well paved trail. The trail is similar to Annapurna Base Camp Trekking until Poon Hill (3210 m).  Trekker strides through colorful forests of rhododendron meeting numerous fellow trekkers while ascending to Ghorepani. Once you are in this hill station the Mountain Vistas would relieve you from tiredness. Early morning hiking of about 2 hours takes trekkers to famous sunrise viewpoint of Poon Hill. Observe quintessential daily routine of nature in the form of gorgeous Himalayan sunrise. As sun kisses the tip of lofty mountains like Dhaulagiri, Annapurna, Himchuli, Machhapuchhre and others; your eye shutter as well as camera shutter will not get any rest. After vibrant natural phenomena experience heading back to Ghandruk the model village of Gurung community via Tadapani endow rural Nepal’s socio cultural facets. Enjoy local delicacies and cultural program of ethnic Gurung people in Ghandruk before departing back to Pokhara.

Short itinerary

Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu (1320m/ 4329ft), Transfer to Hotel.

Day 2: Flight (25min) to Pokhara 820m/2690ft, Drive to Naya-pool and Trek to Tikhedhunga 1540m/5051ft,  4 hours.

Day 3: trek to Ghorepani (2860m/9380ft), 5-6 hours

Day 4: Early morning hike to Poon Hill (3210m/10528ft), and trek to Tadapani 2630m/8626ft, 6-7 hours.

Day 5: Trek to Ghandruk 1940m/6363ft, 4hr.

Day 6: Trek to Naya-Pool and drive back to Pokhara, 6 hours.

Day 7: Drive back to Kathmandu, Overnight at hotel. Final day of your Nepal trip.

Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu (1320m/ 4329ft)

Soon after your flight lands at Kathmandu (Tribhuvan International airport), you will be greeted with warm welcome by GSA representative after you being encountered with Display card s/he will be displaying on your arrival. You will be then transferred to the hotel in our private tourist vehicle.

Day 2: Drive to Pokhara (820m/ 2690ft).

Today our journey beings with Exciting drive to Pokhara. The drive is pleasant with beautiful countryside, snowy peak and roaring river . Driving through several green hills, huts and village will give you a excitement but the road condition is not good every where. we will basically have two stops for snake and lunch along the way. Finally, after reaching beautiful lake city pokhara you can spend your free time by boating on Lake or hike around Lakeside.

Day 3:  Drive to Nayapool and Trek to Tikhedhunga 1540m/5051ft, 4 hours.

After a morning meal in lake city; Pokhara, we will take a private vehicle and drive all the way to Nayapool from where our trek starts. We pass through the little town Nayapool, crossing the suspension bridge and reach second point Birethanti. After being checked our permits and TIMS we will stop for Lunch break in Birethanti. Three hours gradually climb to Tikhedhunga will realize you that you are feeling tired. Overnight in tea house. (B, L, D)

Day 4: trek to Ghorapani (2860m/9380ft), 5-6 hours

Today is a demanding day as we have to ascent 1260m to the Ghorepani village. After an hour stone stairs tough climb, the trail goes gently through meadows, cultivated fields and rhododendron forests. Mostly inhabited by Magar ethnicity, Ghorapani is an interesting place with small shop and stalls for selling local products. Ghorapani is one of the most famous and best place for trekkers in Annapurna region, from where we can see an aesthetic View of Annapurna and Dhaulagiri Himalayan range. Overnight in tea house, (B, L, D).

Day 5: Early morning hike to Poon Hill (3210m/10528ft), and trek to Tadapani 2630m/8626ft, 6-7 hours.

We wake up early in the morning (an hour before sunrise) and start a hike to Poon Hill. Though it is named Annapurna Sunrise Trek, Poonhill is an icon of this trek from where we can see magnificent Sunrise view and Panoramic views of Mt. Dhaulagiri I (8167m), Annapurna I (8091m), Tukuche, Nilgiri (6940m), Hiunchuli (6441m) and Tarke Kang (7193m) Machapuchre (6997m). The moment will mesmerize you in such a way that you will lift you up yourself you are heaven I sware when your glance starts capturing those wonderful scenic views. After taking photos and having some coffee or tea or, we Trek back to Gorepani. After breakfast, we continue our treks to Tadapani, we head east and climb a nearby ridge (Gurung Hill). We descend through rhododendron forest, pass by spectacular waterfalls along the way and reach Tadapani for overnight. (B, L, D).

Day 6: Trek to Ghandruk 1940m/6363ft, 4hr.

After a warm morning breakfast we start our trek descent through the dense and dark forest. This part of the trek will be through a thick forest of old rhododendron trees and many other flowers. After three hours walk through the forest and crossing some small stream we enter the village Ghandruk , A slope settlement with stone houses mostly inhabitant by Gurung people. We hike around the village with beautiful views of Fishtail, Hiuchuli and Annapurna South as well we explore rich Gurung culture and tradition at the Gurung Museum in Ghandruk. Overnight in Lodge, (B, L, D).

Day 7: Trek to Naya Pool and drive back to Pokhara, 6 hours.

 Today is our last day of our trek. We trek from Ghandruk till we reach to Nayapul then drive back to Pokhara. The trek will be downhill all the way to Sauli Bazzar and nice wide road to Nayapool along the river Modi. Our trek comes to an end at Nayapul. We drive from Nayapul to Pokhara after that. We can hang around Pokhara lakeside at the evening time. This evening offers you a boundless options to choose every hang outs and all these will be your freedom. You can even have local and hand made amazing beautiful products to take Nepal home for your memories. Overnight at hotel.

Day 8: Drive back to Kathmandu, Overnight at hotel. Final day of your Nepal trip. 

Today the journey along the Nepalese Himalayan comes to an end. We will Drive to Kathmandu, you can use your free time by last minute shopping. At evening we offer you welcome dinner. We will always be glad to help you with our service.
